Estelle (Denton) Hutta-Scott passed away on December 25th at the age of 88. She is preceded in death by her first husband Joseph F. Hutta and second husband Charles Scott. Estelle was beloved by her family and her sweet disposition meant she easily made friends with all who crossed her path. A devoted mother, she is survived by daughters Kathryn Davidson and son-in-law Rich Davidson of Naples, Florida, Cynthia Orlando and son-in-law Dr. Richard Orlando, sons Dr. Larry Hutta and daughter-in-law Dawn Hutta and Dr. James Hutta and daughter-in-law Kim Hutta all of Columbus. She is also survived by many grandchildren who adored her, Richard Davidson (Annie Davidson), Jennifer Hosmer (Nicholas Hosmer), Kristen Ricordati (Michael Ricordati), Katie Schultz (Jonathan Schultz), Alexis Hutta (Matthew Kucek), Victoria Hutta (Daniel Magness), Tayce Hutta, Christopher Hutta, and Cailey Hutta. Estelle lost her mother at a young age and prayed to live long enough to watch her children grow up. Not only did she get to see her children and grandchildren grow up, she got to be a part of the lives of nine great-grandchildren, Kate, Matthew and Lucy Hosmer, Trey, Finn and Eliza Davidson, Samantha Ricordati, Molly Schultz and Evelyn Kucek loved their Gigi immensely and her kind, caring spirit lives on through all of them. Estelle also leaves behind her brother Dr. Fred Denton and wife Phyllis and sister Shirley Houk. Estelle retired from OCLC in Dublin, Ohio. A memorial service will be held at a later date to celebrate the life of this loving wife, generous mother, heart-warming grandmother and great-grandmother, and thoughtful friend.
