Eula Slone

Eula Slone, 85, of Hilliard, OH was called home by her precious Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Monday, January 18, 2021.  Eula was born on July 25, 1935 in Salyersville, KY to the late Ben Bailey and America (Hall) Bailey.  She is preceded in death by her beloved grandparents Dunk Hall and Maud (Lemaster) Hall.

She was a devoted wife for 18 years to her husband, Monroe Slone JR, who preceded her in death in 2006.

Eula is survived by her loving sister, Mary Lou Arnett of Salyersville, KY.  She was a mother to many, adored by her bonus family, and treasured by a host of family and friends. Eula will be deeply missed and loved forever by all.

A faithful member of Canaan Land Baptist Church, Eula was known as the candy lady giving her favorite candy to everyone before services.  She was also well known for her generosity to many charities close to her heart.

Friends may call Thursday, January 21, 2021 from 5pm-7pm at Canaan Land Baptist Church, 2777 Gantz Road, Grove City, OH  43123.  There will be a special memorial service presided by Senior Paster Sean Beauchamp at 11am, Saturday, January 23, 2021 at Flat Fork Freewill Baptist Church in Flat Fork, KY.  Interment will be at the Slone Howard Family Cemetery in Salyersville, KY.
