Evelyn Davis

Evelyn L. Davis, age 89, of Hilliard, passed away Monday, April 25, 2011. Member of Dublin Community Church; Hilliard Happiness Club; Shamrockers in Dublin, and the Jagettes. Preceded in death by husband, Charles M. “Maddie” Davis; son, James M. Davis; parents, Mary Carver and Wallace Davis; brother, Jack Davis; and sister, Catherine Manley. Survived by daughter Shirley (Rich) Sears; daughter-in-law, Linda Davis (Rick) Sutterfield; sister, Mary Chapman of Mt. Vernon; grandchildren, Kim Najjar, Angie (Joel) Parker of Hickory, N.C., Randy (Gayle) Davis, and Chet (Ashley) Sears of Wichita, KS; 10 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of good friends. Family will receive friends Wednesday from 4-7PM at THE TIDD FUNERAL HOME 5265 Norwich St. Hilliard, OH 43026 where funeral service will be held Thursday at 11AM. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery.
