Evelyn Phyllis Weston

Evelyn Phyllis Weston, age 93, passed away Wednesday, November 5, 2008 at Arbors West in West Jefferson. She was born in Pleasant City, Ohio on August 12, 1915 to Mary Elizabeth Kennedy and her husband George Weston. Evelyn retired from General Motors after 32 years of service and was a 30-year member of St. Paul Lutheran Church. Preceded in death by parents and 5 brothers. Survived by sister, Betty Rose, to whom she was deeply devoted; sister-in-law, Genelle Weston of Weirton, WV; nephew Rick (Lynn) Weston of Huntington, WV; cousin Al (MaryAnn) Stockum; special friend and care-giver Mary (Don) Marsh and other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Friends may call 2 PM Monday at St. Paul Lutheran Church 55 Pasadena Ave. Columbus, where a funeral service will be held at 3 PM with Pastor Larry Baker officiating. Cremation to follow.
