Floyd Mefford

Floyd Melvin Mefford, age 75, of Hilliard, passed away May 4, 2015 U.S. Army veteran serving with the 101st Airborne. Retired Master Carpenter and partner with M&F Carpentry. Preceded in death by parents Floyd and Ethel Mefford, sister Dorothy Plummer and brother Virgil Mefford. Survived by loving wife of 50 years Loretta, children Floyd (Sherri) Mefford, Jr., Keith (Heather) Mefford, Melanie (Chris) Martin, and Joe Patton, grandchildren Joel (Meagan)Mefford, Jacob Mefford, Jared Mefford, Braddley Addams, Alex Readd, Laura Mefford, Maddie Matos, Nick Martin and Tony Martin, siblings Betty Harris, Steve (Sally) Mefford, Kay (Jerry) Arthur, Peggy Burton and Jack (Dorothy) Mefford, many loving relatives and close friends. Family will receive friends 11-12 pm Friday at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026; where funeral service will follow at 12 pm. Interment Alton Cemetery, Galloway, OH.
