Gale Lee Gain, age 60, of Hilliard, passed away April 27, 2014. Graduate of Grove City High School Class of 1970. U.S. Army Veteran serving in the Vietnam and received the Purple Heart. Member of V.F.W. and American Legion. Employed with Superior Die & Tool Machine Company and was an avid hunter and fisherman. Preceded in death by father Charlie Gain, sister Grace Gain and brother Glen Gain. Survived by mother Geneieve Giffen Gain, children Angela (Brock) Malone, Lisa (Rod) Gain Tulloss and their mother Rebecca Brown, siblings Gray Paul (Virginia) Gain, Gloria Marie Gain and Gary Gain, many grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and numerous loving relatives and friends. Family will receive friends 2-3 pm Saturday at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME WITH CREMATOY, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026; where a Celebration of Life service will follow at 3 pm with Pastor Gary Buchanan officiating. Inurnment Dayton National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Kobacker House or Martha Morehouse Medical Plaza, 2050 Kenny Rd., Columbus, OH 43221.
