Gary Spare

Gary Spare, age 71, of Hilliard, passed away Wednesday, July 18, 2012. He was an avid Penn State football fan who enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, listening to Johnny Cash music and watching western films. Preceded in death by parents Earl and Hazel and sister Joyce Spare. Survived by loving wife Patricia, daughter Kimberly (Todd) Gajda and their children Jacob and Daniel Gajda, son John (Melissa) Spare and their children Corey, Connor, Joey and Kaitlyn Spare and sister Bobbie (Andy) Bruno. Family will receive friends 2-4 & 6-8 pm Friday at the TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026. Mass of Christian burial will be held Saturday 10 am at St. Margaret of Cortona, 1600 North Hague Ave., Columbus, OH 43204. Interment St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the church or Mt. Carmel Hospice.
