Gay Cole

Gay Cole, age 88, of Hilliard, Ohio, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 while at home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Bee, VA to the late Vesta and John Rhodes, she was also preceded in death by her beloved husband Earl C. Cole who passed in 2012. Gay was a beloved mother and grandmother. She is survived by loving children: Brenda (William) Spears of Cincinnati, OH, Sandra Cole of Hilliard, Earl (Connie) Cole of Hilliard, Teresa (William) Appleton of Galloway, OH and Lisa Cole of Hilliard; her grandchildren: Andrew Branson, Jonathan Branson, Daniel (Melody) Cole, Rachel Cole, Rebekah Cole, David Cole, Adam Appleton, Westin Appleton and Cole Appleton; great-grandchildren: Jordan Branson, Courtney Branson, Kendra Cole, Hiroko Cole, Catti-brie Cole and Buffy Cole; her brother and sister-in-law Gilma and Pat Rhodes of Reynoldsburg and their family: Gil Allen (Linda) Rhodes of Powell, OH, Lance (Denise) Rhodes of Boca Raton, FL, Todd (Sherry) Rhodes of Blacklick, OH and Erin (Nathan) Dunn of Knoxville, TN.
