George A. Klugh, age 86, of Hilliard, passed away Wednesday, March 21, 2012. George was born January 29, 1926 in Kittanning, PA. He was a loving husband, brother, son and uncle. He was an orchid enthusiast and expert as well as an avid gardener. He attended Marietta College where he received his Bachelor’s Degree and also attended The Ohio State University. Retired from The Ohio State University Veterinary Hospital. He served our country as a Corporal in the Army Air Corp. 495th Bomb Squadron and the 344th Bomb Group. He was a member of Hoge Memorial Presbyterian Church. Preceded in death by parents Edward and Olive Klugh ,brother Edward Klugh and sister Jeanne Blandford. Survived by loving and devoted wife Mary; whom he married on June 15, 1952 in Springfield, OH, brothers Frank (Betty) Klugh and Joe Klugh, special canines Mini and Sadie, special friend Jo Willbarger, as well as many close friends and neighbors. Family will receive friends 10-11 am Friday at the TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026; where funeral service will follow at 11 am Friday. Interment Wesley Chapel Cemetery.
