Gertrude (Trudy) Watkins Belt, 95, passed away February 13, 2014. Born Oct 26 1918 to August and Alma (Weber) Schwartzkopf of Marysville. Preceded in death by parents, sisters Francis and Christine, brothers Carl and John, husbands Donn E. Watkins of 22 years, Floyd Belt of 32 years, son James P. Watkins, and stepson Roger Belt She is survived by sons John (Beth) Watkins of Marietta, GA and Jerry (Cindy) Watkins of Upper Arlington, daughter Joellen Brula of Marysville, daughter- in- law Marianne Watkins of Lancaster and step daughter- in-law Jill Belt of Jerome, 19 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren. Trudy retired from National Graphics after a long career as Linotype operator at several printing companies and newspapers in Central Ohio. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Dublin, OH. Family will receive friends 5-8 pm Monday at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026; where funeral service will be held 11 am Tuesday with Pastors John Greig and Gil Duchow officiating. Burial at Wesley Chapel Cemetery, Hilliard.
