Glenn Bolognese, 72, passed away on 1/4/22. He was born to the late Marcus and Constance on February 12, 1948 in Mt. Vernon, NY. He was raised in the Bronx, NY and relocated to Columbus, Ohio in 1973. He is survived by wife Barbara of 47 years, son Christopher (Emily) of Westerville, OH and brother Dennis (Amy) of Phoenix, AZ. He graduated from CCNY Baruch Business College with a BBA in Public Administration in 1970 and from Franklin University with a BS in Accounting in 1981. He worked for Avis, Gates McDonald, Shoe Corporation of America, Casual Male, and the State of Ohio Job and Family Services. He retired in 2013. He enjoyed reading, fishing, playing jazz guitar and walking his dogs Lucy, Doogan, and Rocky. He enjoyed the company of his best schoolmates and childhood friends: Larry Duffy, John Parmentola, Arlene Cody, Vic Pagano, and Bill Schaum. A celebration of life will be held later in the spring. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in his honor to Columbus Humane Society in Hilliard, OH. He will be buried at Wesley Chapel Cemetery at 3225 Dublin Road.
