Glorialea Sievers

Glorialea Sievers, age 82, passed away August 10, 2014. She was a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church, graduate of Bexley High School Class of 1949, graduate of The Ohio State University and a member of the Alpha Delta Phi sorority. Glorialea was a Physical Education teacher and enjoyed painting, music and was an avid outdoors person. Preceded in death by parents Francis Jesse and Marie (Sawyer) Howard. Survived by loving husband of 55 years Keith, daughter Lisa (Michael) Blackwell, son Gilbert Sievers, grandchildren Jennifer (Kevin) Brown, Bryan, Kevin and Troy Sullivan, Matthew, Bradley and Christopher Sievers and their mother Julie, great grandchild Finlee Brown, stepsister Donna (Steve) Glick and cherished friends Carol Matejka and Betty Bowell. Following Glorialea’s wishes, cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation, National Processing Center Attn: Honor & Memorial Gifts, P.O Box 1245, Albert Lea, MN, 56007-9976. Private graveside service will be held at Western Reserve National Cemetery, Rittman, OH.
