Gregory Hazlett

Gregory Ryan Hazlett, age 34, of Dublin, passed away Saturday, May 20, 2017. Member of St. John Lutheran Church of Dublin, graduated from Dublin Scioto High School and worked in landscaping for many years. Preceded in death by uncle Dave Hazlett, grandparents George and Arlene Hazlett, grandfather Jere Ryan and birth mother Beverly Boltz. Survived by loving parents George and Cindy Hazlett, grandmother Eunice Ryan, siblings Guy (Valerie) Hazlett, Paul Hazlett, Bobby (Angela) Goralczyk, Kristie Goralczyk, and Bryan (April) Hazlett, many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. There will be no services, cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. John Lutheran Church of Dublin, 6135 Rings Rd, Dublin, OH 43016.
