Harold Hammack, Jr.

Harold Thomas Hammack Jr. (Tommy) age 59, passed away June 4 at his home in Valleyview. He was a Vietnam Vet and retired from Simmons. Preceded in death by sister Carol Ann DiNardo, son Jamie and parents Dorothy and Harold Sr. Survived by daughter Amy Jo (Jerry) Price, grandchildren James Allen Lackey, Melanie Sue Lackey and Tiffany Dawn Price, and Brother Jim (Nancy) Hammack. Graveside service will be held Friday June 12, 3pm at Wesley Chapel Cemetery, 3225 Dublin Rd., Hilliard OH.
