Hazel M. Conley

Hazel M. Conley, age 79, formerly of Era, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, July 15, 2018 at Court House Manor in Washington Court House, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her husband Hartford Conley, sons Rocky and Ricky Conley, daughter Shelley Glidden and grandson Lucas Conley. Hazel is survived by her children Tony Conley of Mt. Sterling, OH, Nick (Darla) Conley of Derby, OH and Sherri (Ron) Allen of Washington Court House; 21 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren; brother Tom (Connie) Stage of Five Points, OH, sister-in-law Dorothy Blanton of Cidersville, KY; brother-in-law Pastor Charles Smith of Hilliard, OH; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at 6:00p.m. on MONDAY, JULY 23, 2018 at the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 331 West Main Street, Mt. Sterling, OH 43143 (740)-869-2777 where family will welcome friends before the service beginning at 5:00p.m. Pastor Charles Smith will officiate the service.
