Helen M. Cherrington

HELEN M. CHERRINGTON, 94, formerly of Columbus, died peacefully at home in Minneapolis, MN, surrounded by her family. Henny was born September 7, 1913 in Bluffton, Indiana and was preceded in death by her parents, Charley and Golda Cotton; brothers, Lester and Paul Cotton; twin sister, Ruth Schmittle and Bob, her beloved husband of 63 years. Henny was dearly loved by her son Jack (Sue) Cherrington, of Redmond, WA; her daughter, Jill Vecoli of Minneapolis; grandchildren Bruce, Julie, Jacque, Jay, Chris, Lisa and Jeremy; her six great grandchildren Jill, Jay, Julie, Marshall, Isabelle and Dora; and her nephew James (Kay) Cameron. In lieu of flowers, please contribute to the charity of your choice in Helen’s memory. Visitation will be at THE TIDD FUNERAL HOME 5265 Norwich St. hilliard, OH 43026 on Friday, July 18, 10:00AM-12:00PM followed by a private entombment at Union Cemetery.
