Helen King

Helen King, age 102, of Hilliard, passed away Monday, September 30, 2013. Longtime member of Hilliard United Methodist Church; where she was a member of the worship commission. She was past President of Hilliard Mother’s Club, inducted into the Hall of Fame at West High in 2013 and also into the Hilliard Senior Citizens Hall of Fame in 2012. Helen was a voting election officer for numerous years, a member of Franklin County Historical Society and a blue ribbon winner at the Franklin County Fair for many years. Preceded in death by husband Robert King, parents OC and Olie Myers, 2 brothers and 1 sister. Survived by children Glen (Rayma) King and Dale (Jean) King, grandchildren Dena King, Laura (Jeff) Domanico, Elizabeth (Randy) Finke, Joe King and Jennifer (Shannon) Still, great grandchildren Olivia, Lillian, Abby, Charlie and Helena, numerous nieces, nephews and a host of many special friends. Family will receive friends 1-3 pm and 5-7 pm Friday at the TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026. A funeral service will be held 10 am Saturday at the Hilliard United Methodist Church, 5445 Scioto Darby Rd., Hilliard, OH 43026. Interment Wesley Chapel Cemetery.
