Helen Peterson

Helen Peterson, age 86, of Hilliard, passed away Saturday, February 14, 2009 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Helen was an avid reader, loved to play bridge, and was born with the gift of hospitality. She is preceded in death by her husband, Michael Peterson. She is survived by daughters, Janis Peterson of Houston, TX, Judy (Paul) Nodjak of Dublin, OH, and Nancy Peterson-Hudson of Pittsburgh, PA; grandchildren, Michael and Jennifer Nodjak; sister, Midge Severt, along with numerous other loving relatives and friends. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6-8pm and Wednesday from 12-2pm where a funeral service will follow at 2pm at THE TIDD FUNERAL HOME 5265 Norwich St, Hilliard. Entombment will take place at 3pm on Thursday at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Pittsburgh, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Alzheimer’s Association 3380 Tremont Rd.
