Hendrix Jacobs, age 21, of Dublin, passed away June 15, 2016. Preceded in death by grandparents Fred and Dian Moore, Robert and Frances Jacobs. Survived by father Paul Robert Jacobs of Gallipolis, OH, mother Stacy DaSilva of Dublin, sister Anastacia Luz DaSilva, uncles and aunts John and Christi Jacobs and family, Tom and Missy Jacobs and family, Kate (and the late Jeff) Coldren and family, Sue and David Grant and family, special cousin Seth Jacobs, numerous local and online friends. Family will receive friends Saturday, June 25, 2016 from 3-5 pm at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026; where a memorial service will follow at 5 pm.
