Henry Newell, Jr.

Henry “JR” Newell, Jr., age 63, of London, lost his battle with cancer on Tuesday, September 17, 2013. Preceded in death by father Henry H. Newell, Sr., mother Doris N. Hill, brother Thomas Newell, grandpa Tom Newell, grandma Gracie Newell, aunt Joyce Newell and stepmother Dorothy Newell. Survived by loving wife of 16 years Betty Bailey Newell, daughters JuDonna Jones of Columbus, Leah (Chris) Hearle of AL, stepchildren Betsy and John Bennett of Mechanicsburg, Amos Bailey of Columbus, Lydia and Rocky Gregory of London and Rachel Bailey of Circleville, 5 grandchildren, 7stepgrandchildren, special aunt Lois Hubbard, special niece Pam (Steve) Brown, special thanks to brother-in-law Terry (Cindy) Kimbler of KY, brother-in-law Jeff (Theresa) Keaton of Darbyville and sister-in-law Elita Keaton of Columbus. Family will receive friends Saturday 3-5 pm at the TIDD FUNERAL HOME WITH CREMATORY, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026. In honoring Henry’s wishes, cremation will follow.
