Izabela Fields

Izabela Fields, age 4 months, of Columbus, passed away Wednesday, July 29, 2009. Survived by loving father Joshua Baker, loving mother Kaleigh (Matthew Fields) Hanson, brother Kaedin Hanson, grandparents Carla and Dale Gattshall, John and Anita Baker, Carl and Melissa Call, Kelly and Anthony Borer, great grandparents Carlos Pyles, Garnett and Thomas Rackham, uncles John (Winona) Baker, Jason (Amber) Baker, Spencie Call, Kolby Kneiss and Kyle Stewart, aunt Ashleigh Call, and numerous relatives and a host of friends. Preceded in death by Holley Baker, great grandfather Vincent Pyles, great grandparents John and Eddice Baker and Pappaw Ralph Hanson. Funeral service will be held 1 pm Tuesday at the Mt. Sterling Baptist Church, 15812 State Route 56 W Mt. Sterling, OH 43143; where family will receive friends 1 hour prior to time of service. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery, Columbus, OH.
