BURGOON Jack L. Burgoon, age 62 of Mt. Sterling died unexpectedly Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at his residence. He was born Dec. 17, 1947 in Columbus, Ohio. He was President of Allied Fabricating & Welding.
Preceded in death by father, Jack Burgoon and daughter Miranda Burgoon.
He is survived by his loving wife, Catherine; daughters Angel Hillberry, Nina Allen, Melissa (Bruce) Barnes; Kimberly Byers, Sheryl (Brent) Roberts; grandchildren Michelle Hillberry, Scott Allen, Jr., Madison and Lance Barnes, Taylor and Jackson Roberts; mother Ruthie (Gary) Nutter; sister Donna (Kim) Gosney; brothers Tim and Kevin Burgoon; niece Shelby Gosney and son Landen; special friends Joe, Mel, and Craig.
A visitation will be held Saturday, July 17, 2010 from 10 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME 331 West Main St., Mt. Sterling,OH. 43143. A Funeral service will begin at 2:00 with Rev. Chris Johns officiating. The interment will follow in Madison Mills Cemetery.
