Jack Carothers

Jack Carothers, age 60, of Hilliard, passed away Wednesday, August 8, 2012 after an 18 month battle with cancer. Jack passed doing what he loved, at his lake home in Minnesota with his grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents, Jack B. and Betty Carothers. Survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Debi; sons, Bryan (Kristy), Brett (Chris), Brandon (Courtney); 8 grandchildren, Sidney, Sarah, Coby, Mathew, Connor, Makenzy, Makenna, and Merritt; sister, Mary Lynn; brother, Gary (Jill), Jerl Dickerson; Aunt Karen; mother and father-in-law, Don and Donna Laycox, brother and sister-in-law, Dawn and Dirk; a very special group of life-long friends, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Friends may call Monday from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at THE TIDD FUNERAL HOME 5265 Norwich St. Hilliard, OH 43026 where a funeral service will be held Tuesday at 2 pm with visitation one hour prior to the time of service.
