Jack Lewis, Jr.

Jack Lewis Jr., age 59, of Hilliard, OH, passed away on Monday, March 28, 2022. Jack was a member of Saint Brendan The Navigator, Catholic Church, in Hilliard. He is preceded in death by his father Jack, Sr.

Jack is survived by his loving wife for over 30 years, Kathleen; mother, Dianne Lewis; children, Rob, Josh, Jacob, Rachel, Justin, and Kyleigh; brother, Jim Lewis; grandchildren, Carlee, Noah, Gavin Walker, and Parker, nieces, Chelsea, Holly, Julianna, and a host of friends.

The family will receive friends 1-3 P.M Saturday, APRIL 2, 2022, at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 NORWICH STREET, HILLIARD, OHIO, 43026, where Funeral Service will immediately follow visitation at 3:00 P.M.
