James Boeckmann

James William Boeckmann, 54, of Hilliard, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 11, 2015.

Jim was born on March 31, 1961, to the late James T. and Marilyn Boeckmann. He was a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and St. Xavier High School, Cincinnati.

He was a founding partner of Cardinal Commercial Real Estate, and built a 25-year respected career in the corporate/commercial real estate industry.

Away from work, Jim was passionate about music and cars – passions he shared with his sons, Brad and Eric. He enjoyed trips on his Harley and watching the Bengals play in Paul Brown Stadium.

Jim is survived by his loving wife of 29 years, Rita (Meirose), and sons Brad and Eric. He is also survived by his brothers, Steve (Tracy) and Jeff (Tammy); sister, Lisa; and nephews Michael, Andrew, Matthew, Zachary and Joshua.

Visitation will be held 11-12pm Saturday, November 14th at the Tidd Family Funeral Home, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026; where a memorial service will follow at 12 pm. A celebration of Jim’s life will take place at The Rusty Bucket on Cemetery Road immediately following the service.
