James Bush

James Robert Bush, 83, passed peacefully on 10/03/13, surrounded by his loving family.He is preceded in death by his parents Lawrence and Mary Bush. Jim is survived by his loving wife of 61 years Judith A. Bush and children: Brenda Bush-Sayre, Shannon Bush VanDerKarr, Allison A. Bush (K. Malkowski), Erin C. Bates (Carl M. Bates, M.D.), James R. Bush Jr. (Lisa A. Bush). Beloved grandchildren: Jillian D. Bush, Helena E. Bates, C.J. Bates, Braeden J. Bush and Mairin E. Bush. Extended family: brother-in-law Bob (Yvonne) Brock, along with numerous nieces, nephews and friends. James graduated from West High School at 16 years of age and continued his education at The Ohio State University. He proudly served our country in the USMC as a staff sergeant and decorated sharp shooter. He continued his life as a successful businessman, fantastic father and avid sports fan. A private interment with the military honor guard will take place. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Veterans Hospital of Columbus, Ohio, in his name.
