James Gall

James Henry Gall, age 87, of Hilliard, passed away September 6, 2013. Jim was a Korean Navy Veteran. He retired from Ohio Bell after 31 years of service. Preceded in death by loving wife of 54 years Betty Jean Gall who passed January 19, 2001, parents Henry and Theresa Gall, brothers Elmer, Louie and Don, and sisters Hilda and Edna. Survived by daughter Judy Gall and her fiancé Scott Weatherby of Dublin, son Jeff and wife Lesley Gall of Frisco, TX, precious granddaughters Jessica and Emily Gall, sister-in-law Ella Mae Gall, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of close friends. The family would like to give a special thank you to Chris Orsborn and Norma Haines for their care and companionship. James was an exceptional and devoted loving husband, father and grandfather. We will always remember his gentleness and kindness and just how special he was to all his family and friends. He will live on in our hearts forever. Family will receive friends 4-7 pm Monday at the TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026. Funeral service will be held 1:30 pm Tuesday at the Tidd Funeral Home, burial to follow the service at Union Cemetery.
