James Harold Stepp, age 73, born in Delbarton, WV, passed away December 4, 2013 while a patient at Mt. Carmel West Hospice and Palliative Care in Columbus, OH. He is preceded in death by parents Sherd and Stella (Varney) Stepp and brothers Frank Stepp and Larry Stepp. Survived by sisters Judith Mallory and Sheyvonne Arnold, daughters Melinda Stepp and Christi (Jonathan) Strouse, sons Jamie (Christina) Stepp, Kevin (Stacey) Stepp and Kelly Stepp, 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
