James R. Wolfe

James "Jim" R. Wolfe, age 70, passed away Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at The Ohio State University Medical Center. Born March 6, 1946 in Plain City, OH to the late Ralph and Hazel Wolfe. Retired from Wasserstrom. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, and sports fan and loved watching his grandkids play ball. Also preceded in death by brother, Charles Wolfe. Survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Pat Wolfe; daughter, Carla (Mike) Bakenhaster; grandchildren, Zach and Brittney Bakenhaster; brother, John (Beth) Wolfe; sisters-in-law, Sharon (Tony) Coe, Meredith Taylor and Phoebe Wolfe; numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. In accordance with his wishes, no formal service will be held, however a memorial gathering will take place at a later date. Family would like to express their gratitude to nephew, Rick Wolfe and brother, John Wolfe for their special efforts in helping Jim and Pat through this difficult time.
