Jane Gynn

Jane L. (Leitenberger) Gynn, age 62, of Columbus, Ohio, went to be with the Lord on January 6, 2023.  Jane was a graduate of Hilliard High School, Class of 1978 and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from The Ohio State University in 1982.  Jane was preceded in death by her father, Paul Leitenberger and mother Margaret (Peg) Leitenberger.  She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer (Dan) Meier of Nevada, Iowa, grandchildren McCabe and Maeslyn Meier, and her sisters Jeanne Atkins and Judith Leitenberger, both of Findlay, Ohio.

Jane spent most of her life in the Hilliard area after living in Iowa and Illinois. She was a woman of strong faith and loved animals. She was very giving and always wanted to help others. Before she retired, Jane worked as a customer service representative for various insurance agencies in the Columbus, OH area. Jane was loved and will be missed by her family and friends.
