Jane (Patton) Ross

Jane (Patton) Ross, age 82, of Hilliard, OH passed away Thursday, April 25, 2019 at Doctor’s West Hospital. Born in Wellston, OH to the late Helen and Jack Patton, Jane was a graduate of Wellston High School. She retired from the State of Ohio Budget Office as an Account Specialist. Jane visited many different churches with much enjoyment. She loved going to the Hilliard Senior Citizens Center before her health limited her attendance. In addition to her parents, Jane was preceded in death by her husband Curtis Ross, brothers Elmer and Joe (Betty) Patton, sisters Sue (Harry) Canter, Needie (Otho) McNeal and sister-in-law Shirley Patton. She is survived by her twin brother Jerry Patton of Wellston, daughter and son-in-law Susie and Dewey Hyden of London, OH, her beloved grandchildren Megan Gossard of West Jefferson, OH, Rachel (Niklos Salontay) Hyden of San Francisco, CA and Colin (Cailen Speaker) Hyden of Hilliard, and her many nieces, nephews and friends especially her extra special friend Charles Smith of Hilliard. Family will welcome friends from 4:00-7:00p.m. TUESDAY at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich Street, Hilliard, OH 43026 (614)-876-1722 and again on WEDNESDAY, MAY 1, 2019 from 10:00-11:00a.m. Her Funeral Service will begin at 11:00a.m. WEDNESDAY at the Funeral Home with Pastor Bud Mulford, officiating. Burial will follow at Alton Cemetery, Galloway, OH.
