Janet Louise Hoover

Janet Louise (Dever) Hoover, age 96, of Hilliard, formerly of Plain City, passed away Monday, October 28, 2024 at the Inn at Library Way of Hilliard, OH. A 1946 graduate of Norwich (Hilliard) High School. She was a member of Hilliard United Methodist Church and Norwest Historical Society. Preceded in death by loving and beloved husband of 59 years, Harold J. (Jim) Hoover, parents Fred and Minnie Dever, brother Bill Dever and sister Betty (Dever) Wright. She is survived by loving sons Jeff (Pam) of Powell, Joe (Sherri) and Jim (Debbie) of Hilliard, grandchildren Mike (Kelly), Brian (Missy) Hoover, Beth (Ryan) Puckett, Megan (Brian) Goudy, Kristan (Ryan) Turner and Ryan (Kylie) Hoover and 12 great grandchildren. Family will receive friends from 10am- 11am on Friday, November 1, 2024 at the TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026. A private family funeral service will be held later in the day. Interment Sunset Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
