Janice McBride-Guyer

Janice McBride-Guyer (Marks), age 60, of Columbus, passed away Sunday March 23, 2007 after a long battle and many complications with multiple illnesses. She is preceded in death by her husbands William McBride and Michael Guyer Jr., father R. L. Marks Sr., cousin Richard Freeman, aunt, Jane Rogers, and close family friend, Jon Benson, She is survived by her children Cory McBride and Suzann Wagstaff, mother Orpha Keefer, brother Robert Marks Jr. (Helen), uncle William Freeman (Evelyn), brothers-in-law Dave McBride (Patricia), Lynn McBride (Janie), aunt, Gloria Pearson, and a host of loving family and friends. Jan was an active volunteer within the community and especially enjoyed working with T.W.I.G. She was the former state director for the Ohio Women’s Club; Jan was an avid animal lover and especially enjoyed the company of a loving dog Augustus. She was a graduate of River Valley HS in Marion Ohio, She then obtained an Associates degree in Public Relations from Patricia Stevens Finishing School, as a devout Christian there will be a memorial service to celebrate her life and mourn the passing on Friday March 28th 11am at TIDD FUNERAL HOME 5265 Norwich St, Hilliard, Ohio, in lieu of flowers contributions can be made in her name to the Capitol Area Humane Society 3015 Scioto Darby Executive Ct, Hilliard, Ohio, 43026-8990
