Jean D. Greer

Jean (Cheesbrew) Horsnyder Greer, age 88, of Hilliard, Ohio, passed away at National Church Residences, Hilliard, on Thursday, May 4, 2017. She was born Feb. 12, 1929 in Beckley, W.Va., to the late John and Lauzie Cheesbrew. She was married to the love of her life, Harry Horsnyder, until he passed in 1986. She later married George Greer, who also preceded her in death. A lifelong Baptist, Jean was very involved in her churches, including the Hayden Enterprise Baptist Church. She was a member of the Ladies Aid Society. She loved her family, enjoyed going to bingo with her friends and had a successful AVON career. She was preceded in death by her brothers, John Roy, James (Lee) and Bill (Joyce) Cheesbrew. Survived by her daughter, Carol (Joe) Zanetos; granddaughters, Carla (Steve) Scully and Candi (Michael) Trifelos; grandsons, John, Sam, Joey and Mikey Scully, and Nick, Mark and Alex Trifelos; sister-in-law, Marie Cheesbrew; and nieces, nephews and many friends.
