Jean Hamilton

Jean Hamilton Tait, age 86, of Hilliard, passed away Friday, January 22, 2010. She was an Ohio Wesleyan University Graduate 1943 and was a teacher at Hilliard Elementary and Ridgewood Elementary; retiring in 1984. Preceded in death by husband Robert James Tait 2001. Survived by children Lucy A Tait of Corvalis, OR, Robert B.(Patricia) Tait of Allentown, PA, Laurel T. Pettit of Worthington, Thomas J. (Irene) Tait of Dublin, grandchildren Nathan Breece, Matthew Schmidt, Ashley Tait, Grace Pettit, Max Pettit and Aaron Tait, great grandson Simon Breece, nephews Jim and Bill Moyse and families. At the request of the family there will be no calling hours and please omit flowers. Contributions may be made to HomeReach Hospice, 3724 Olentangy River Rd. Suite G., Columbus, OH 43214 or the charity of one’s choice. A private inurnment will be held at Wesley Chapel Cemetery.
