Jeanne Fox

Jeanne Merryman Fox, 68, of Galloway, Ohio, passed away on January 23, 2017 in Columbus, Ohio at The Ohio State University Medical Center James Hospital, after losing her courageous battle with cancer. She was raised in Hilliard, Ohio where she attended Hilliard High School and was part of the graduating class of 1967. Those who remember Jeanne, Mamaw, remember her beautiful smile, goofy personality, and her huge heart. She had an immense amount of love for her family, especially her 25 grandchildren. Jeanne enjoyed spending time camping with her family, crocheting gifts for others, watching her favorite TV shows and of course her most favorite past time, talking. Jeanne was preceded in death by her father Glen A. Merryman. She is survived by her mother, Nancy M. Merryman, and her husband of 49 years, Bob (Bobby, Papaw); children, Lori Friedley (Tom), Susi Holstein (Billy), Kelly Amerine (Anthony), Debbie Hemwall (David), Bobby Fox (Tessa), and Patti Fox; her grandchildren, Anthony (Aleah), Kyle (Kaitlyn), Brandon, Timmy, Katie, Bailey, Anthony, Avery, Robby, DJ, Abby, Cameron, Krissy, Jordan, Gracie, Corey, Haylie, Caden, Brady, Mia, and Hunter; and great-grandchildren, Jaxson and Remy; her siblings, John Merryman (Shirley), Diane Adcock (Ronnie), and Janice Harned (Bobby); and loved by many, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Family will welcome friends on SUNDAY, January 29, 2017 from 1:00PM-5:00PM at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich Street, Hilliard, OH 43026, (614)-876-1722. A brief visitation will also be held on MONDAY, January 30, 2017 from 10:00AM-11:00AM followed by the funeral service at 11:00AM. Burial will follow at Wesley Chapel Cemetery, 3225 Dublin Road, Hilliard, Ohio 43026.
