Jennifer Kreuz-Heavner, age 34, of Hilliard, passed away Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at her residence. Survived by daughter, Hannah Heavner; mother, Laura (Dominick) Topazio and father, Michael (Kim) Kreuz; sister, Holly Kreuz; brothers, Joe (Melanie) Topazio and Josh Kreuz; niece, Chloe; nephew on the way; numerous grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Friends may call Wednesday, May 17, 2017 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St. in Hilliard, OH 43026. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are encouraged to Lutheran Social Services of Central Ohio, 500 W. Wilson Bridge Rd. #245 Worthington, OH 43085.
