Jennith Evans

Jennith Eileen Evans, age 101, passed away October 24, 2015. Preceded in death by husband, Robert Melvin Evans; survived by daughter Nan Evans and son-in-law Fred Nussbaum of Port Townsend, WA; son and daughter-in-law, Craig and Jane of Littleton, CO; grandchildren, Andrew Evans of Houston, TX, Sarah Drawz (Paul) of Golden Valley, MN, and Betsy Sweet (Jeff) of Evergreen, CO; great-grandchildren Maggie and Jack Drawz and Clare and Andy Sweet; sisters, Lee Piersol (Dick) of Hudson, OH, and Jane Bentas of Manchester, NH; nephews, nieces, and cousins. Member of the American Association of University Women, Phi Upsilon Omicron, Delta Zeta, OSU Alumni Association, charter member of The Columbus Rock & Mineral Society and a member of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church. Her ashes will be committed in a private family service. A memorial gathering and celebration of her life for friends and family will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2015, from 2-4PM at Friendship Village, 6000 Riverside Drive, Dublin, OH. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the All Saints Fund of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church or to the Columbus Branch, AAUW Educational Foundation are suggested.
