Joan E. Heinz

Joan E. Heinz, age 86, of Hilliard, Ohio, formerly a long-time resident of Waterville, Ohio, went to Heaven on Friday, February 9, 2018.  Sweethearts for 74 years, Joan is survived by her loving husband of 68 years, Roy A. Heinz, their children: Barbara (Tim) Anderson of Hilliard, OH, Laura (Rey) Janes of New Concord, OH, Claudia (Gary) Ceccardi of Ft. Myers, FL and Roy Heinz of Madison, OH; grandchildren: Heather (Aaron) Conrad, Brad (Jennifer) Anderson, Matt (Lesli) Anderson, Beth (CJ) Hansen, Lindsey (CJ) Neading, Mandy (Chad) Cox, Caitlin (Sean Otlowski) Janes, Nick (Molly) Janes, Cam (Michelle) Ceccardi and Allison Ceccardi; 21 great-grandchildren; loving cousin Claudia Woodhouse of North Hutchinson Island, FL; three sisters-in-law and the other loving members of the extended Heinz Family.  Joan loved to read, enjoyed traveling with her husband and loved to spend time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  While residents of Waterville, Joan and Roy were active and faithful members of Zion Lutheran Church.  Family will receive friends from 1:00-3:00p.m. SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 17, 2018 at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich Street, Hilliard, OH 43026 (614)-876-1722 where her Funeral Service will follow the visitation and begin at 3:00p.m.  Private family burial will be held later at Wesley Chapel Cemetery in Hilliard.  In recognition of their exceptional care of Joan, friends are asked to consider memorial contributions to Kindred Hospice, 540 Officenter Place, Suite 100, Gahanna, OH 43230 or on-line www.kindredhealthcare.com.  Please visit www.tiddfuneralservice.com to send condolences to the Heinz Family.
