John R. Howland

John R. Howland, age 73, of Mt. Sterling, OH, died Tuesday, May 12, 2020 in his home.  He was born in Columbus, OH on September 24, 1946 to the late Roger Howland and Margaret Koharian.  John retired from the 7UP-Royal Crown Bottling Company of Columbus after many years of service.  He is survived by his children: Renee (Tim) Spradlin, Lee (Joyce) Howland, John (Kim) Howland and Sara (Chris) Petys; 7 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, brother Gary (Brenda) Howland, sisters Patricia Howland and Teri (Mike) DeLong and many nieces and nephews.  John was preceded in death by his parents.  Graveside Funeral Services will be held 2:30p.m. FRIDAY, MAY 15, 2020 at South Solon Cemetery, South Solon, OH with Reverend Rich Allen, officiating.  Please visit www.tiddfuneralservice.com to share your favorite memory of John or to send your condolences to the Howland Family.  The Porter-Tidd Funeral Home, 331 West Main St., Mt.
