Joseph R. Matello Jr.

Joseph R. Matello Jr., age 40, passed away on Thursday, April 1, 2010 at Mt. Carmel West. He was a member of St Cecilia Catholic Church; graduate of Brooke High School and DeVry University; and member of the Racquetball Club at the YMCA. He is preceded in death by grandmother, Beatrice Matello; grandfather, Mike Falbo; and uncle, Louis Matello. Survived by parents, Joseph R. and Barbara A.”Falbo” Matello; loving wife of 12 years, Stephani “Robinson” Matello; daughter, Adrianna Matello; step-son, Alex Strohacker; sister, LouAnne (John) Weekley; nephew, Brandon Weekley; along with numerous loving relatives and a host of friends. Family will receive friends from 2-4 & 6-8pm Monday at THE TIDD FUNERAL HOME 5265 Norwich St. Hilliard, OH 43026. A Rosary Service will be held at 7:45pm.Further visitation will be held Tuesday from 2-8pm with Christian Wake Service at 7:30pm with Father Pete Giannamore officiating at Reasner Funeral Home 1515 Charles St. Wellsburg, WV 26070. Funeral Liturgy with Mass 11am Wednesday at St. Anthony Catholic Church, Neville St. Follansbee, WV. Interment Highland Hills Memorial Garden, Follansbee, WV. Memorial contributions may be made to The Matello Family to help set up a trust fund for the children in the near future.
