Joyce Briscoe

Joyce Conner Briscoe, age 90, of Upper Arlington, passed away November 24, 2014. A wonderful and much loved wife, mother, grandmother, friend and neighbor. Preceded in death by husband Roy Briscoe, parents Leo Darling “Bill” and Harriet Larmer Conner. Survived by children Bill (Dorcas) Briscoe, Colleen (Robert Berry) Briscoe, Susan (Tony) Clark, Jodi (David) Bates and Heidi (Steven) Scarpitti, grandchildren Heather (Steven) Arsenault, Connor Berry, Katherine Berry, Rachel Clark, Sarah Clark, David Bates, Lauren Bates, Dustin Scarpitti and Allyson Scarpitti, great grandchildren Nicole and Daniel. Family will receive friends 1-3 pm Friday at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026; where a memorial service will follow at 3 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.
