Joyce Pennell

Joyce Pennell, age 86, of Hilliard, passed away Friday, June 25, 2021. Graduated from Central High School Class of 1953. She attended Franklin University, Columbus State and graduated from Columbus Business School. Preceded in death by husband of 51 years Pearl and beloved granddaughter Jenny Miller. Survived by her children Chuck Williams, Diana (Kenny) Legander, Susan Miller, Steven Williams, Michael Williams, Keith (Delena) Pennell and Jay (Terri) Pennell, her 9 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren, and her many wonderful friends and neighbors.  Family will receive friends 11am-12pm Tuesday at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026; where funeral service will follow at 12pm.
