Joyce Randolph, 58 years, passed away January 25, 2008 at her residence. She was an accountant for the DSCC. Preceded in death by loving husband Butch, parents Robert and Opal Miller, sister Darlene, brother Donald. Survived by loving daughter, Lorena; grandsons, Chris and Travis Randolph; sisters, Jean (Buzz) Stroud, Bobbie (Bruce) Robey, Dorothy (Robin) Workman, Robin (Don) Lightfoot; brothers, Gary (Sharon) Miller, Jack (Cindy) Miller, Denny Miller, Robert (Lori) Miller; brother-in-law, Roger Randolph; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and a host of friends. Family will receive friends Monday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard. Funeral service Tuesday 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
