Joyce Wood

Joyce Sue Wood, age 63, of Columbus, passed away Friday, February 23, 2018 after a courageous two-year battle with brain cancer. Attended Upper Arlington Lutheran Church. She was a West High graduate class of 1972 and retired from State Auto. Preceded in death by parents Roy and Walga Basham and sister Brenda Diane (Ralph) Ham. Survived by loving husband of 42 years Steve, brothers Mike (Vicky) Basham and Tim Basham, brothers-in-law Tom (Melinda) Wood and John (Susan) Wood, nieces and nephews Amanda (Tim) Sims, Casandra Moss, Courtney (Andrew) Dobbs, Chrissi Basham, Kandace (Josh) Kirk, Lucas, Jacob, Jason and Brian Wood, great niece Makaila Moss, God daughter Emily Pandis, numerous loving relatives and friends. Family will receive friends Monday 4-8 pm at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026; where funeral service will be held 10 am Tuesday. Interment Wesley Chapel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
