Julie grew up on the west side of Columbus, graduated from Bishop Ready High
School. She attended the Mt. Carmel School of Nursing and earned her RN, later she achieved Magnet RN status with the Ohio State University Medical Center. She also earned her degree in practical theology from the Way College in KS and served as a minister and Nurse her entire life. Julie loved God and His Word, and lived her life as a faithful disciple of the Lord, Jesus Christ. She served in God’s household valiantly.

Julie loved her family and pets, fellowship with Christian believers of the Way, wildflowers and the ocean. She loved to feed the birds, take walks with her pets, spend time with her children and grandchildren, she also liked to do puzzles and read animal stories. She loved middle eastern dance, travel and have adventures. She once rode a bull, skydived from a perfectly good plane and repelled off a 200ft cliff (face down). She was extremely intuitive to the emotions and hearts of others which made her a great nurse and minister. She was mentally very tuff strong and tender and she would advocate for anyone who needed it with a force you could not resist. Julie was beloved by all who had the privilege to know her and to be loved by her.

Family will receive friends 6-7 pm Sunday, January 15, 2023 at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026; where a memorial service will follow at 7 pm.
