Kathy S. Payne

Kathy Payne, age 62, of Washington Court House, formerly a long-time resident of Waterloo, passed away at home on Friday, October 14, 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents James and Ernestine Lowry, her infant son Justin Payne, brother Jim Lowry and sister Ellen Stonerock. Kathy is survived by her daughter Katlyn (Nathan Liff) Payne; her newborn grandson Aiden Liff, who was born just one day after her Kathy’s death; her siblings: Alice Costlow, Dave (Bobbi) Lowry, Chris Graffis, Mike (Christy) Lowry, and sister-in-law Susan Lowry; her many nieces and nephews and their families; and her many friends.
