Kevin Richards

Kevin Richards, age 61, of Hilliard, passed away Wednesday, January 16, 2013. Previously employed by family owned business Atlantic Heating and Cooling as an HVAC certified technician for over 40 years. Member of St. Brendan the Navigator Catholic Church. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, listening to music, traveling, attending his children’s sports functions, loved the ocean, especially California where he was originally from San Diego. He was known for his dry humor and witty sarcasm but overall he was a devoted husband and father who always put his family first. Preceded in death by parents. Survived by loving wife of 17 years Karla, children Hannah and Austin all of Hilliard, sisters Josi Richard of Washington State and Jodie Heath of CA, brother Daniel Heath of CA, father-in-law and mother-in-law Ken and Elaine Romer of Ft. Recovery, OH, sister-in-law Kathy (Scott) Simonson of Baltimore, OH, brother-in-law Ted (Lisa) Romer of Ft. Recovery, OH, nieces, nephews, loving extended family and a host of good friends. Family will receive friends Monday 4-8 pm at the TIDD FUNERAL HOME WITH CREMATORY, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11am Tuesday at St. Brendan the Navigator Catholic Church, 4475 Dublin Rd., Hilliard, OH 43026.
