Kevin Ring

Kevin T. Ring, age 64 of Hilliard, passed away Wednesday, June 27, 2018. Kevin recently celebrated 25 years at Hopkins Printing as a sales representative of commercial printer. He is a long-time resident of Hilliard; graduate of Xenia High School and Purdue University with a Bachelor’s of Science, Industrial Management, he was an avid sports fan of the Pittsburgh Pirates, Cleveland Browns, Cleveland Cavaliers, and Purdue Boilermakers, and was a golf adventurist with his best friend, Stephan Laslo, he coached youth athletics, he was the Hide and Seek Champion, enjoyed gardening and outdoor activities, and looked forward to Disney trips each year, he loved his fur babies Fitch and Chase and was the grill master and beer enthusiast. Kevin is preceded in death by his beloved daughter Kristen M. Ring, the best mom and dad anyone could ever have, father Jean M. Ring and mother Lorraine V. Ring, father in-law James M. DeVault, grandparents Benjamin and Edith Sandeen, and grandparents Eli and Ester Ring. He is survived by his loving wife Deborah J. Ring of 40 years, Son Sean T. (Lindsay) Ring, Brothers Larry J. (Kathleen) Ring, Mark A. (Ann), Craig V. (Lisa) Ring, mother in-law Anneliesa DeVault, Tom (Mary) Broyles, Linda (Bob) Rosenfeld and numerous, and much-loved nieces and nephews and a host of friends. The light of Kevin’s life are his grandchildren Carter T. Ring and Henry J. Ring. There will be a Celebration of Kevin’s life on Sunday, July 15, 2018 from 1-4 pm at the Heritage Golf Club, 3525 Heritage Club Dr, Hilliard, OH 43026 ­­­­­­­­­­­­­.  Tidd Family Funeral Home and Crematory 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH. 43026 assisted the family during their time of need.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Kevin’s memory to the Alzheimer’s Association, Central Ohio Chapter, 1379 Dublin Rd, Columbus, OH 43215 on behalf of his mother Lorraine Ring or NEDA (National Eating Disorder Association) www.nationaleatingdisorders.org in honor of beloved daughter Kristen Ring.
