Kevin Schranz

Kevin Matthew Schranz, age 24, passed away unexpectedly Monday, September 28, 2015. Graduate of Nashua High School South in NH. U.S. Marine Corps veteran with 2 tours served in Afghanistan. He currently attended The Ohio State University majoring in International Studies. Preceded in death by father, Dave Schranz. Survived by his loving wife, Abby; mother, Carolyn; brothers, Karl and Jason; grandmother, Mary Cain; special "brothers," Christopher Yanni and Kurt Kugler; numerous other loved ones and many friends. Friends may call Friday, October 2, 2015 from 6 to 7 p.m. at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St. in Hilliard, OH. Additional visitation will be Saturday, October 3, 2015 from 2 until time of funeral service at 3 p.m. at Hilliard United Methodist Church, 5445 Scioto Darby Rd. in Hilliard. Pastor Todd Anderson officiating. Interment will be privately held at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman, OH. Kevin's infectious laugh and warm, kind personality brought joy to all those he met, and he will be greatly missed.
